Firstly, we would like to thank everybody for their patience, in particular all pre paid ticket holders and trade table holders.
As we have already announced, we have had meetings with our venue rep and ticket agents with regards to a rearranged date for the con. Alternative dates have been offered and discussed.
Unfortunately in some cases not all the venue is available and in others we have issues with announced guests not being able to attend.
We are finding it very difficult organise a convenient date to suit and are conscious that time is ticking! With that in mind and to be fair to everyone we have made the decision to cancel the show and re launch in the new year, hopefully we can secure some if not all of the original guests and more, it will also gives us time to build on what we already had. We hope you all understand.
We would like to offer all existing pre paid ticket holders the opportunity to transfer their ticket to Chester Comic Con (Sunday 23rd Sept) if this is not an option for you a full refund will be issued. Our ticket agent will be in touch very soon with regards to options.
All existing trade table holders will be issued a full refund, this will be processed within the next 24/48 hours.
Again we would like to thank everyone for their patience while we tried to sort things. We look forward to announcing the new date in the New Year
